My client is a successful NZ company with offshore entities. Headquartered in NZ, this company has operations around the globe in its market space. Working in the fast-paced technology & manufacturing space, this company is innovative and strives for excellence. This is a 3 month contract position with the potential to go permanent that requires an immediate start.
The Role
This is an end-to-end accounts payable position where you will be reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller and working closely with the wider finance team. This position focuses on overseas accounts payable, and you will be doing the full end to end process.

Manages foreign currency payments for multiple currencies.- Conducts automated processes with varying volumes on a weekly basis, primarily handling high-value transactions.
- Performs manual checks on signatures, coding, and PO matching and approval to ensure accuracy.
- Processes invoices and diligently matches them to corresponding goods receipts and purchase orders.
- Facilitates weekly and monthly payment runs.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills & Experience
We are on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Payable officer who has experience working in a high-volume environment, the ideal candidate will have experience working with foreign currency. You will be well versed with large ERP systems and have experience working both autonomously and as part of a team.
