Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Our network is vast, serving all of New Zealand and its people. Through our network we collect, process, transfer and deliver millions of items each year. Come and help guide the future direction of NZ Post. In this role you will support the development of strategic network design, actively shape NZ Post policy/standards to align with network strategy and design and always look to the future to identify requirements and bring those to life through implementation of changes.

You will:

• Be a key contributor to strategic problem solving across the Customer Service Delivery business Team
• Support future end-to-end network capability, innovation, and design from ideation to implementation.
• Lead projects to identify and implement network changes
• Maintain ownership of strategic standards and requirements, collaborating with operations leaders to ensure that standards are being met and that certifications are kept up to date.

Overall, it's a busy role ensuring there is nationwide consistency on how we operate and working to streamline how new processes are rolled out with a strong focus on internal collaboration with many parts of the organisation.
Mōu - About you

• You will ideally come from the Logistics/Supply Chain/Transport industry with demonstrated strategic thinking and design, and be interested in continuing to develop within this industry
• You will be keen to have your fingers in multiple pies and managing projects will be something you have proven success in
• We need you to be curious, to uncover and identify opportunities for improvement, and develop these through to implementation.
• You'll be a problem solver - able to debug complex systems and solving real-world problems
• Some experience with data analysis and modelling and exposure to lean and or six sigma methodologies would be a bonus for us.
