- Customer Service background - Retail and hospitality experience is welcome
- Has excellent data entry skills

- Candidate must be NZ resident + NZ citizen
The role:
- Communicating with customers over phone and email communication
- Helping customers over the phone with any product inquiry, and managing escalations
- Responding to the enquiries from the website
- Maintaining excellent communication with internal teams as required to resolve customer queries
- Promote a professional and positive work environment internally with team and externally with customers
