YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an outstanding Iteration Manager to join the Technology & Operations team.
You’ll be responsible for uplifting the agile delivery capability and promoting the agile processes within the team.
You will coach a team on agile ways of working, encourage continuous improvement and cultivate agile maturity, resilience, and high performance. To do this, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional business outcomes through technology-delivered change.
The role is open for any location in Australia and New Zealand and involves a hybrid work model.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an Iteration Manager, to be a part of the highly collaborative and fast-paced environment along with the following experience:
- 5 years of practical experience within a technical delivery team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Leadership and negotiation skills
- Able to coach/mentor agile team members.
