MSK Radiology is a joint venture between Mercy Radiology and Surgical Holdings Ltd, dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of problems arising from the musculoskeletal system. Offering state-of-the-art MRI, X-Ray and SPECT-CT services, MSK Radiology combines the very latest in imaging technology with leading MSK specialists to deliver world-class care.
We're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our vibrant team. You'll work closely with and support our technologists and clinicians as they deliver the highest level of patient care. This is a permanent, full-time position for 40 hours per week, at our specialised clinic in Ascot Park Greenlane.
Key duties include:
- Present a warm & friendly welcome to all patients & visitors
- Schedule appointments that best accommodate patient needs
- Ensure patients are well informed and know what to expect at their visit
- Process invoices, payments and claims with efficiency and accuracy
- Collate documentation and maintain records with strict attention to privacy
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of two years' experience in medical administration, reception, bookings or coordinator role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly. (e.g. COMRAD experience would be an advantage)
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong confident interpersonal skills and the ability to engage at all levels.
- A genuine desire to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our patients.
