We’re seeking a Principal Advisor to join a small team that provides strategy and planning functions, across the organisation.

While ideally we’d like you to have familiarity with organisational planning and planning frameworks, you’ll be operating at the Principal level and have key strengths in the following areas:

• strategic thinking
• relationship management
• the ability to make and see connections
• mentoring capabilities
• strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

As you’ll be working across the organisation you’ll have great relationship management skills – you will get out across the business and converse constructively with people of all levels and views, and be able to bring those views back to the table to input into the planning processes.

Given you’re a strategic thinker, you’ll be able to see the bigger picture, and connect the dots within the wider organisation, and see the trends and their implications.

If you’ve experience in organisational planning, we’re keen to hear from you, but the real strengths we seek are your strategic and relationship management abilities.
