What will you do?
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Technology Infrastructure Cloud Server team where you will design, deploy, and manage computer systems, networks, servers, and storage devices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional level of customer service to ensure that customers receive a timely resolution to their issues
- Supporting infrastructure device for servers, appliances, hosts, storage, and cloud
- Managing identity access for standard and privileged users in our environment
- Managing vulnerability across all technology devices and solutions
- Defining and maintaining policies for optimization and security configuration on all infrastructure devices and accounts

Who are you?
- You have worked as IT Support, Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer - preferably for an enterprise or managed services provider
- You are proficient in Microsoft technology, both on premises and cloud - including but not limited to AD, AAD, Azure, Windows Server, CA, DFS and Print Services
- You have experience in virtualisation technology, including host, storage and virtual machine configuration
- You value people and kindness, and are passionate about learning and delivering excellent results
- You strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations; delivering a high-quality service at speed will be second nature
- You believe in the value of strong, positive, trusting teams who work together as one
- As a resilient person you keep going, even when there are bumps in the road and you show composure under pressure
