The role involves:

  • All aspects of front desk operations and assisting with reservations
  • Working efficiently with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure the property is presented to the highest standard.
  • Superb communication skills when interacting with guests, suppliers, residents and owners
  • Handling guest requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Striving to improve the properties operations and finding efficiencies in processes.
  • Ensuring security is effectively managed at all times.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
