We have a great opportunity for a part time Guest Services agent to join our growing team. The role offers:

The role involves:
- All aspects of front desk operations and assisting with reservations
- Working efficiently with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure the property is presented to the highest standard.
- Superb communication skills when interacting with guests, suppliers, residents and owners
- Handling guest requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Striving to improve the properties operations and finding efficiencies in processes.
- Ensuring security is effectively managed at all times.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.

A suitable candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a hotel based role
- Microsoft Office skills
