About the role
We are on the lookout for committed and enthusiastic individuals who love being in service and connecting with people to join our team in a Full-Time Team Leader capacity at Auckland Airport.
We are requiring 7 positions to be filled as part of our new business structure to fill the following roles:
1 x Category Team Leader Confectionery
1 x Category Team Leader Beverage
1 x Category Team Leader Gifts & Souvenirs + Technology
1 x Category Team leader Apparel
3 x Generic Team Leaders
To be successful, you will need:
- An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
- Commitment and accountability to ensure you and your team are
- To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
- To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning and late nights
