We are currently trading in the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, and as part of our exciting expansion we are hiring a Customer Success Manager, remote based, in New Zealand.

This role will ensure that VETTING.com customers have an excellent experience every step of the way, and successfully drive product adoption, customer retention and all up-sells and renewals.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage customer relationships and communications, provide technical support, and ensure clients get maximum value from the platform
  • Provide support to all users of our platform via email and phone when necessary
  • Onboard and train new clients
  • Measure, document and analyse customers’ usage and adoption of product features
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upgrading/upselling services to existing customers to drive revenues and growth

About you:

  • Have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Be self-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of the global team

  • Be experienced in providing technical support
  • Ideally have experience of renewing and growing a customer base
  • Experience of the recruitment sector or working with a newly launched SaaS product, or in a start-up business are all pluses

Salary: $45,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
