About the Role
As a Service Centre Representative 1, you will always provide efficient focused service and ensure that the agreed services are met and exceeded where possible. You know how to build and develop a strong working relationship with the client on site. You will welcome and greet visitors with a position and helpful attitude.
Scope of the role includes:
- Provide leave cover on the client sites
- Mail and courier processing and delivery
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner
- Delivering milk
- Setting meeting rooms for client
- General administrative tasks such as scanning documents, etc.
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon Business Services and Client Health & Safety Standards
- Heavy courier lifting is involved
About you
For you to be successful in this role, you should a strong team player and display a positive "can-do" attitude. You should have a keen eye for details and always work with accuracy with a good level of computer literacy. You should possess a good communication skill. You have an excellent administrative, time management, organisation skills and have the desire to deliver and exceed our client expectations.
