At Tower we are on an exciting journey to create leading customer experiences and sustainable growth.
Reporting to our Head of Product, you will play an integral park in this journey by developing attractive, innovative and profitable general insurance products that align to our risk appetite.
You can expect to be across the following:
- Develop and continuously improve Tower's general insurance policies
- Ideation, evaluation and presentation of new initiatives that drive customer preference
- Lead implementation of initiatives working with colleagues from digital, finance, marketing, sales, and claims
- Develop product roadmaps that shape Tower's portfolio of the future
- Support the Product & Underwriting Leadership team in ensuring all Tower's general insurance products are legally compliant and proactively manage business risks associated with the products
What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Degree qualified
- 5+ years general insurance experience with a track record of playing a key role implementing new customer facing initiatives
- Comfortable interpreting general insurance policies. Understand the intent of policy wordings
- Critical thinking - what could the alternatives be? How do we evaluate the alternatives?
- Commercial acumen - ability to determine what will be attractive to customers and worth paying for
- Presentation - both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation
