Our client is a well-established company. Due to demand, we have an opening for an experienced office administrator who has worked in a trade environment. We are seeking a team player. Someone reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Responsibilities will include:

  • General admin duties: Cost control, Contracts, Health & Safety.
  • Document Control: Quotes control, Job payments, Project documentation.
  • Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form.
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
  • Greeting customers in a pleasant, professional manner.

Key attributes for the ideal candidate would include:

  • Time management.
  • Data input accuracy.
  • Attention to detail.
  • High level of organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience in Administration and Health and Safety is a MUST.
  • Knowledge in accounting is a bonus.
