Responsibilities will include:
- General admin duties: Cost control, Contracts, Health & Safety.
- Document Control: Quotes control, Job payments, Project documentation.
- Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
- Greeting customers in a pleasant, professional manner.
Key attributes for the ideal candidate would include:
