Position Purpose: The purpose of this role is to lead Colleges’ financial strategy and planning
process, lead and guide a team of finance business partners and ensure
provision of high-quality, comprehensive accounting services to College
PVCs and their leadership teams.

About this area The Finance Business Partner Team is responsible for providing
comprehensive accounting and finance support to the designated
business units. The main responsibilities of a Senior Finance Business
Partner include leading RL financial strategy and planning,
undertaking/overseeing RLs budgeting, forecasting, management
reporting and variance analysis, key financial and non-financial KPIs
monitoring/reporting, cost-benefit analysis, financial data modelling and
other related duties. These services will be provided in line with agreed
service level agreements.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications: • A tertiary qualification in accounting and/or finance is essential for
this position.
